Once you’ve set up a client, sending an estimate is similar to sending an invoice. 

To get started:

  1. Go to the Invoice screen by either launching it from the My Joust screen or hitting the $ button and selecting Invoice
  2. Click on the “+” to add a new one
  3. Select the client you want to invoice
  4. Click “Add Item” and provide the Item Name, Quantity and Price Per Item (Required)
  5. Add Taxes and Description if you’d like
  6. Click “Create and Add” 
  7. Itemize your invoice by adding further items
  8. Click “Next”
  9. Add that personal touch to your estimate with an Invoice (Estimate) Message (optional)
  10. Click “Next”
  11. Click “Export Estimate” and you’ll have access to a PDF estimate you can email to your client

That’s it! Coming soon you’ll be able to convert that estimate to an invoice.
