If you find that your debit card is missing, you can lock and unlock it in your card management screen.

This will shut off your debit card immediately* and give you time to locate your card.

If you are unable to locate your card, or you feel that it has been stolen, tap “Report lost or stolen card.”

Click the “Lock & Report” button. This will automatically lock your debit card (forever) and notify us to issue you a new one. (You can also hit “Cancel” if you think there’s still a chance your card might be found. But this will permanently lock your debit card, so choose wisely.)
