There are a few things you can check quickly when your debit card doesn’t work while you’re making a purchase or a withdrawal at an ATM:
- Open your Joust app and check your Current Balance on the My Joust screen.
- Tap on the debit card image and check to see if your card is locked. (Unlock it and try again.)
- If there seems to be no reason why your payment shouldn’t go through, get the error from the sales associate or the ATM, hit the Help tab in your Joust app and open a chat with us with the error message and we’ll do our best to assist you! (We’re in the office 8-5 Central M-F)
