Once you’ve set up a client, sending an invoice is just a few more clicks. 

To get started:

  1. Go to the Invoice screen by either launching it from the My Joust screen or hitting the $ button and selecting Invoice
  2. Click on the “+” to add a new one
  3. Select the client you want to invoice
  4. Click “Add Item” and provide the Item Name, Quantity and Price Per Item (Required)
  5. Add Taxes and Description if you’d like
  6. Click “Create and Add” 
  7. Itemize your invoice by adding further items
  8. Click “Next”
  9. Add that personal touch to your invoice or estimate with an Invoice Message (optional)
  10. Click “Next”
  11. Choose to “Send as Invoice” and an email will be sent to your client with an invoice attached
  12. Click “Export Estimate” and you’ll have access to a PDF estimate you can email to your client

That’s it! We’ll notify your client about the invoice and GET. YOU. PAID!
