If you have received a phone call from Joust Fraud Prevention Services, this is because there was recent activity on your debit card that has been flagged as suspicious and we need additional information from you. 

You should always be careful about phone calls received about your Joust debit card. If you feel you have received this call in error, we're more than happy to check to see if this is a valid fraud prevention claim. Feel free to reach out to us with the claim number and we'll be happy to verify it with Fraud Prevention to ensure that it is legitimate.
