- Incorrect input of your social security number or birth date
- Using a zip code that is not attached to your address
- Providing incorrect answers to identity questions
If you feel you received a denial message from us in error, please reach out to our Customer Success Department either via chat on our website, in the app, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the specific information that you feel you entered incorrectly. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.
