Below are some of the reasons why your account may have been denied during sign up: 

  • Incorrect entry of your name or address
  • Incorrect input of your social security number or birth date 
  • Using a zip code that is not attached to your address
  • Providing incorrect photos for your identity

If you feel you received a denial message from us in error, please reach out to our Customer Success Department either via chat on our website, in the app, or via email at with the specific information that you feel you entered incorrectly. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.
