Below are some of the reasons why your account may have been denied during sign up: 

  • Incorrect entry of your name or address
  • Incorrect input of your social security number or birth date 
  • Using a zip code that is not attached to your address
  • Providing incorrect answers to identity questions

If you feel you received a denial message from us in error, please reach out to our Customer Success Department either via chat on our website, in the app, or via email at support@joust.com with the specific information that you feel you entered incorrectly. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis.
